"One of the highest value airport hotels in Calgary if you don't need breakfast. Far from the airport but the shuttle service was free and on time and the hotel is relatively close to the city center. My room had a very comfortable bed and some of the better towels I've had at a hotel. The mini-bar with a fridge and microwave was also nice."

"Great location, clean. Moxies is next to the lobby and it has good food. We found two issues with the parking: 1. The booking said free parking and the hotel during the checkin told us there was a parking fee. 2. The parking is through Indigo parking, and my husband stopped for about 1 minute or less to pick me up at one side of the hotel doors and the Indigo parking attendant was too rude."

"Had a fantastic stay at Four Points by Sheraton Calgary Airport. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were excellent—especially the fitness center and restaurant. Convenient location near the airport made travel easy. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"酒店衞生還可以，但覺得毛巾略舊了點，房間適中，還算舒適。酒店提供的自助早餐還可以，種類算不上多，但基本夠用，除非過於挑剔，衹是餐廳沒那麼高大上，在一個半地下，就餐環境麼就是吃飯的地兒。酒店總體大環境還可以，在一條主幹道上，車流較大，衹是酒店圖片拍的比較宏偉，實際沒那麼大，略顯得小小的樣子。尤其大堂，跟國內的沒法比，大小類似於一般的快捷酒店大堂那麼大小，設施還過得去，顯得小巧而精緻的味道。大堂提供咖啡機，這個比較不錯，可惜熱可可巧克力熱飲總是不足，你得喝苦咖啡才行。房間麼大小適中，衹是那空調噪音有點大，呼呼的風聲，敏感點的不容易接受。酒店配有泳池，但這就勉強叫個池子吧，也是小小的，適合戲水不能像賽道一樣搞兩下。另外，關於所處位置正好在市中心地帶，到哪裡都不遠，適合喜歡打卡的人，那些景點均在2-4km之內。不過，這邊是個巨大的公墓區，酒店東側是後面是個大斜坡，下去就是一片工業區，在酒店北側一條馬路對面就是公墓區，還以為就這一個，誰知這個公墓西側對面也是公募，這周邊一大片有五六個公墓羣，還有個華人公墓，地圖上看到酒店周邊巨大的一片綠草茵茵的地方不是公園，全是公墓！不過好在這邊的墓地建的沒那麼可怕，感覺就類似於平時路過的一個公園之類的隨意的地方，所以不會產生過多陰森的感覺。至於服務麼，這裏前台不像國內都是漂亮小姑娘，搞了幾個老頭，一箇中年白人看起來還不錯，但那幾個老頭就不咋地了，來自中東，臉部肌肉不咋會動去展示笑臉，給人一種斯文的冷漠拒人千里的感覺，不適合做服務業！房間服務還好，如果不是這幾個服務前台的臭臉樣子，其餘都可以接受的。"

"Das Hotel ist etwa 13 Autominuten vom Flughafen Calgary entfernt. Der Hotel-Shuttle kostet 5 kanadische Dollar, ein Taxi 43 kanadische Dollar (inkl. 10 % Trinkgeld). Die Lobby ist sehr geräumig und hell, was die Gäste glücklich macht! Die Rezeption ist engagiert und professionell, und das Ein- und Auschecken geht schnell. Als ich dort war, war die ursprüngliche Zimmerkategorie ausgebucht, also wechselte ich zu einer ähnlichen und ergriff die Initiative, um das Frühstück zu kompensieren. Das Essen ist durchaus zufriedenstellend, und es gibt mehr warme Gerichte als in anderen Hotels. Der Kellner ist begeistert, begrüßte mich mehrmals und servierte mir Kaffee. Das Hotel bietet schnelles Internet, bequeme Betten und das Zimmer zum Innenhof ist sehr ruhig. Die Simmons-Matratze ist dick und nicht zu weich. Die Klimaanlage ist eine später eingebaute. Sie macht beim Einschalten ein leises Geräusch, und das Hotel wird gebeten, sie auszuschalten. Das Badewasser ist warm und stabil, und die Badetücher sind doppelt. Einweg-Duschhauben, Make-up-Entferner aus Baumwolle und Hausschuhe werden ebenfalls bereitgestellt. Kurzum: Eine Empfehlung wert!"

"Sehr gut, sauber Hotel. Nicht brandneu, aber in hervorragender Lage. Pool und Übungsraum - EXCELLENT Das Restaurant war ein wenig preiswert, ohne ein Angebot an erfreulichen Frühstück. Aber hervorragende Wert für die Preise insgesamt. Es war für eine Beerdigung, so dass sie mir geholfen, ein wenig zu sparen - was ist schwer zu tun NOWADAYS"

"This is a hotel not too far from the airport, and they provide airport pick-up and drop-off service. It is certain that their staff are very active and enthusiastic, but we still accidentally hurt our feet because there are many hidden nails in the carpet. "I am a customer living in 407 on 9th of November in Holiday Inn Express & Suites Calgary NW - University Area, an IHG Hotel. . I am writing to complain  the lady on the front desk. She treated me not respectful. When we checked in, I am asking if we have hot spring, she replied several what? And correct me “hot tub” such as I am lack of knowledge. Later, I want to use Landry room and change dollars with them. They gave me several two dollars, and the washing machines only accept 1 dollars, which they should have known at first place. So I went back to the front desk to ask for 1 dollars again. And at that time. There is one guy lining in front of another front desk server. And the lady was answering the phone.  So I naturally stood in front of her desk and waited for her. And I asked her to change 1 dollars for me since they didn’t know. And then she asked me” don’t u notice there is a line? You should wait after it.” So I was so embarrassed to find out I cut in line. So if she is really mindful about me cutting in line, Why not telling me to wait after? Or just remind me in a more respectful way assuming I really don’t know there is a line? Either way will have same effect and I would be acknowledged in a not embarrassing way. And again, the washing machine only accept 1 dollar and they did not know, is their job dereliction. I am very concerned how your service match up with your high level of fees."
